Janet Crucet and Kristine Flook are the Principals of Urbanize Properties. The team formed Urbanize Properties in 2015 to acquire the best possible asset opportunities for real estate investors. Together, Janet and Kristine offer more than a decade of commercial and residential experience in the South Florida real estate market. Prior to founding Urbanize Properties, this bilingual team was consistently recognized for sales success by being awarded “Top Listing Agents” and “Top Sales Volume” at several of the area’s largest brokerages.
Janet and Kristine’s reputation for knowledge, expertise and tenacity has resulted in an impressive list of primarily referral-based/repeat customers – speaking volumes to their professionalism. As a team, the two completed $250MM in transactions, selling more than seventy-five properties, including: shopping centers, land, residential investments, industrial, multi-family and office buildings.
